ATTENTION

By using the NSC Website, attending an organized NSC event (such as a Sunday Ride), or attending a NSC sponsored event (such as a track day) constitutes an irrevocable agreement on your part to the NSC Privacy Policy and any relevant Rules or Terms and/or Conditions:

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us at the Nevada Sportbike Club. Information collected by the NSC is stored on a server that is not directly accessible from the Internet in a 448-bit Blowfish encrypted volume.

Only Usernames and hashes of user passwords are stored on the Internet accessible server. This information does not personally identify you, nor does the potential for this information to be compromised expose your NPI to any additional risk.

The NSC uses Open Source technologies whenever possible. Our web server runs Linux, Apache and PHP.

 

This privacy policy covers any and all information exchanged between you and the NSC. It includes but is not limited to: Personal information provided by you to the NSC (such as Membership information), information collected by the NSC (such as Photographs) or any related information pertaining to or resulting from your involvement with the NSC.

 

 

  1. Agreement with the NSC Privacy Policy and any Terms and/or Conditions.
  2. Nonpublic Personal Information. The NSC will not provide or make available to any third party any NPI that is shared by you with the NSC. NPI is personal information or any information that can identify you personally, or lists derived there from, which is not currently in the public realm.
  3. NPI does not include publicly available information or information that is not personally identifiable.
  4. The NSC collects and provides certain information on its members to facilitate member discounts at local retailers. The information provided is only to identify you as an NSC member. This does not include NPI nor lists or any data derived from NPI.
  5. The NSC collects statistical information from its web site to facilitate security, and to determine usage and requirements as applicable.
  6. The NSC will not sell, trade, exchange, or make available any NPI to any third party without your prior written consent. Note that providing identifiable data (username, password or member number or combinations there of) in an online “consent form” may substitute written consent.
  7. Selecting “NO” for “Make your contact information available to other Members?” on the member sign up form only pertains the display of your Email Address, Name and Bike Type on the members list that is available to all other members.
  8. Selecting “NO” for “Receive Email Announcements?” will disable all non-targeted correspondence between you and the NSC.
  9. Emergency Contact Information (ECI) in its entirety is considered to be NPI. All information pertaining to ECI or the use there of is considered to be NPI. In the unlikely event we use your ECI, the use and the results there of will be considered NPI. The only non NPI information related to your ECI, in the event that it is used, is the fact that is was used. By example, if your ECI has been used, the NSC will make available that fact and no additional information.
  10. There may be times when information contained in your ECI may be requested by authoritative bodies. These include, but are not limited to: Police, Emergency Medical Technicians and or Hospital Staff and the like. The NSC will cooperate to the fullest extent of the law and will share that information only when specifically requested and when the request pertains specifically to your personal well being and or safety.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

Attendance, involvement or participation in any event or ride that is sanctioned by, sponsored by/with, produced by/with or in any way shape or form involves the NSC constitutes an irrevocable agreement on your part to the following:

    1. You agree to all the Club Rules available at the NSC web site.
    2. You agree to not hold the NSC, NSC representatives, or other NSC Members or participants liable for any loss or damage to yourself and your motorcycle or any properties that may be damaged or lost as a result of your participation in, or involvement with, the NSC
    3. You agree to take personal responsibility for yourself and your motorcycle.
    4. You agree that you have read, understood and agree with any and all rules, terms and or conditions set forth by the NSC.
    5. You agree to ride in a responsible manner and to never endanger the health, safety or welfare of any NSC representative, NSC member, NSC participant or any related or unrelated third party.
    6. The NSC reserves the right to refuse service, of any kind, to anyone at any time.

About NSC Inc.

The NSC is an S type Corporation; we have a President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. Pursuant to Nevada State Law, officers of an S type Corporation cannot be held personally liable for the actions of the corporate entity. Likewise, participants in a NSC sponsored event cannot be held personally liable for their association with the corporation. The only liable entity at any NSC related event is NSC Inc. and NSC Inc. Corporate Assets.
